Anyone here ever had sleep paralysis?.Its when you're sleeping and you cant move ,its like you're completely paralyzed( hence the name).I've had them before ,but i only decided to look it up today.Something always happens right before you get paralyzed.Last night, I remember me looking at my window and it was completely open.All of the sudden some guy came out of nowhere and pinned me down.
